  1. I binge eat sometimes and I haven’t really understood it until hearing about your testimony and your experience. I started by cutting out everything cold turkey and counting macros, but I found myself rebounding by eating a whole bag of chips in one sitting. Like family sized. Currently I don’t really know what I want to do but I want to feel like I’m getting somewhere. It’s so frustrating because I want to eat the things that I’m craving and people around me are eating but I just don’t know where to begin. A previous video that I watched recommended changing one thing at a time that you’re trying to get under control. I was kind of hoping to see an example of what you ate and workout routines so I’m probably going to have a look at your videos 👀 thanks for sharing this personal message with us. 💕

  2. I'm really confused. So how are you so thin but you now eat the same as you did before?? Am I just being dumb here because I'm genuinely confused

  3. I have struggled with binge eating as well, but I do believe in macros. I am pre-diabetic and have insulin resistance because of it. So to me it is so important to take a look at the total carbs, the saturated and trans fat, and of course the total grams of sugars in each food.

  4. When you loose the weight how do you stay with the diet? You know how you start to loose the weight do you still eat unhealthy foods in moderation or dont eat it?

  5. You go girl!! I was about 230+ in december and i told myself that i was fine and i didn't need to lose weight. My parents told me to go on a diet and i said screw it ill do it.. I did and i stopped drinking soda everyday, mostly Dr pepper (it was hard after 1 day).. And i stopped eating all the time, going to the drive thru everyday, Eating cheesburgers, greasy pizza, burritos, No pancakes, no other fatty foods! Lately i'm exercising everyday, eating healthy, just drinking water, doing situps! My goal is get to 180 and now im at 184! My goal now should be 170! I feel great! and all my friends and family have noticed i great i looked.. I can't believe how big i was honestly! i looked horrible.. I'm so glad i lost the weight!! If anybody is struggling to lose weight if i can do it you can do it too!!

  6. I hate the fact that I say no to junk food in front of people but when I'm alone I just want to eat ice cream and cakes and chocolate. Weight loss is so hard and most people don't understand that.
